Roselands Caravan and Camping Park in Cornwall is a traditional quiet family-run place to stay. It is a peaceful and picturesque site at St Just that welcomes all the family, including dogs free of charge. We are perfect for a magical break in a gorgeous part of the country.

Our dog-friendly park understands that dogs are part of the family so we ensure that all our dog-friendly caravans are presented to the same high standard as our dog free caravans, plus we have a dog walk right next to the caravan park with lots of room for your dog or dogs to run around. Dog blankets, throws, water bowls, Crates are available at no extra charge if requested.

For those who choose to camp, rather than staying in one of our caravans, with have camping/touring pitches available which are surrounded by hedges and Cornish hedging. Electric pitches are also available.

Guests have use of a range of excellent facilities, including a laundry area, an indoor washing up area and use of a spacious conservatory/day room with a TV, children and adult book library and board games. The whole family can enjoy the games room and we also have a lovely play area for children.

You can enjoy a touch of luxury in one of 23 contemporary holiday homes which come with a range of superb facilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Inside all the caravans there are fully fitted kitchens, modern bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player.

All dogs must be exercised on a lead on the park or off the lead on the dog walk at the side, please be responsible for cleaning up after your pet. There are many of Cornwall's beaches that are dog friendly and are open to dogs all year round for information on dog-friendly Beaches please download Cornwall council's dog-friendly beach guide, or download a copy of their dogs on holiday guide which packs useful information and contacts when bringing your pet on holiday with you.
