Fosfelle offers outstanding self-catering accommodation located on the edge of the village of Hartland in Devon by the Cornish border. We are situated within the beautiful Hartland Heritage Coast with its dramatic sea views and rural countryside and have 3 cosy barn conversion apartments, a 2-acre Caravan site for up to 5 Caravan Club Members and an abundance of friendly animals, including 3 very inquisitive Alpaca's, 2 miniature donkeys and 2 pygmy goats.

Nestled in the peaceful grounds of Fosfelle, we have two fishing lakes and a wildlife pond that are surrounded by natural beauty and attract a host of wildlife including Kingfishers, owls and Otters the fishing lakes themselves are currently under renovation and for the time being mainly stock course fish.

Rowan Cottage:
Rowan cottage is fully furnished and sleeps up to 6 people, the cottage has gas central heating and electricity included. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, and dining and lounge areas. The property boasts 3 bedrooms, an en-suite double bedroom plus another double and a twin bedroom sharing a second shower room. The lounge sofa also converts to a double bed.

There is an accessible downstairs toilet and an outside seating area. Bed linen, towels, a Nespresso coffee machine and a welcome pack are provided.

Quince Apartment:
Quince is a ground floor fully furnished apartment with its own cosy lounge area, kitchenette, shower room and toilet, with a single and double bedroom, and is ideally suited for a small family of 3. There is an outside seating area.

Quince has gas central heating, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. The lounge area has a TV with Freeview, a selection of DVDs, books and games. The fuel and power are included in the price of the cottage along with bed linen, towels, a Nespresso coffee machine and a welcome pack.

Bramble Apartment:
Bramble is a first floor fully furnished apartment, with an outside staircase with its own cosy lounge area, kitchenette, shower room and toilet, with bunk beds in the single room and a double bedroom and is ideally suited for a family of 4.

The self-catering apartment has gas central heating, an electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge. The lounge area has a TV with Freeview, a selection of DVDs, books and games. The fuel and power are included in the price of the cottage along with bed linen, towels, a Nespresso coffee machine and a welcome pack.

The village of Hartland is a short walk down the hill where there are 2 general stores, 3 pubs which all provide their visitors with excellent food are very dog friendly and often provide music. There is also a British legion with skittle alley and games rooms, a lovely coffee shop and a fish and chip shop. For those who wish to take their dogs for a lovely stroll there is the vale which is a lovely enclosed woodland walk with a stream running through The towns of Bideford and Bude are approximately a 20-minute drive away.
