Velvet Cottage in Llangollen offers charming self-catering accommodation. Our cottage in Denbighshire is nestled in private grounds above a country lane backed by National Trust-owned Velvet Hill.
Our wonderful cottage is ideal for a magical getaway and boasts stunning views across the valley towards the Horseshoe Pass. The cottage is beautifully furnished throughout and ideal for couples, groups of friends and families.
Inside the cottage, there are 3 attractive bedrooms: a super king room, a twin room, a single room and a portable bed for a sixth person. All bed linen and towels are included. A spacious bathroom comes with an electric shower, bath, basin and WC.
Unwind the cosy lounge after a day of exploring. Facilities include an electric shower, bath, basin and WC. Rustle up some delicious dishes in the well-equipped that has an electric cooking hob and oven, sink and drainer, fridge/freezer and storage units. Enjoy some deals meals around the dining table whilst savouring the glorious valley views.
The front terrace offers a lovely spot for a coffee in the morning sun. You can also sunbathe or BBQ on the terrace when the sun is shining. We have a heated outhouse for storing bicycles and sports equipment.
