This post marks 500 posts on Taylor Talks Vegan.
How bizarre is that?!
To think that this entire blog started as somewhere for me to share my vegan food finds and what I thought would just be a little fun project has actually become something that I put a lot of my time into, and I am having so much fun with it all too. I am hoping to write about more vegan pop culture topics, as well as legal commentary on a number of aspects of the vegan movement and lifestyle, as well as animal rights and animal welfare as a whole.
Thank you to every single one of you who has joined me on this little journey. I hope I have inspired you in someway to try a new food, or change up your own eating habits, and I hope I have shown that veganism is no where near as restrictive as society would sometimes lead you to believe. Veganism is a lifestyle that is ever changing and is ever evolving, and I for one am very excited to see just how much more change is yet to come.
I hope to still be writing this blog for many years to come, and I am so grateful to have each of you along with me for this ride!
So here's to the next 500 posts!
