Bratton Mill offers 3 self catering properties situated in a valley beneath the village of Bratton Fleming on the western edge of Exmoor in North Devon. If they are booked altogether we can accommodate a total of 14 people.
The Folly - This spacious studio annexe sleeps 2 people. There is an open plan kitchen, living area and bedroom.
The Farmhouse - This large self catering farmhouse sleeps up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a kingsize bedroom with ensuite, large double bedroom, twin bedroom and small double bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room has a larder cupboard and Rayburn. The sitting room has a TV and the conservatory overlooks the stream.
Bratton Mill Cottage - The comfortable cottage sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room and a separate lounge with wood burning fire. Outside there is a large garden and it is set beside a trout stream.
All the properties have bed linen and towels provided. Electricity, heating and wifi is included.
Dogs are welcome in all the cottages (maximum of 2 dogs in each) for a £15 supplement each.
Bratton Mill is set in 28 acres of peaceful garden, woodland and pastureland and a trout stream runs alongside. Nearby attractions include:
