Dell of Abernethy Cottages offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Nethy Bridge. Nestled in a wonderful location in Inverness-shire, we are the perfect place escape from the pressures of modern life.
There are 5 beautifully furnished cottages available, sleeping between 1 and 9 people. All the cottages come with a range of facilities to suit all your needs. The properties can be booked together to sleep 30.
Dell Lodge – Sleeps 9: This gorgeous lodge has undergone a recent restoration to offer high-quality accommodation. The property blends simple luxury with quirky furnishings, ideal for a family or group holiday. Four bedrooms are available: 2 king and 2 double rooms. A large farmhouse kitchen comes with a range of appliances and a relaxing living room has a wood-burning stove, Freeview TV and a DVD player. Outside there is a pretty south-facing sun porch and garden deckchairs.
East Dell – Sleeps 5: This charming retreat boasts views across the fields to the river and comes with a delightful enclosed garden. Bedrooms consist of a ground floor double and upstairs double and single. A cosy open plan living/dining/kitchen is a lovely space to relax in. The new kitchen includes a dishwasher and the living area has Freeview TV, a DVD player and wood-burning stove.
Little Dell – Sleeps 2: This lovely hideaway is ideal for a romantic getaway and comes with an original pitch pine floor. Inside there is a double bedroom and an open plan area with a vintage style kitchen, cosy lounge and dining area. Facilities include a wood burner, Freeview TV and a DVD player.
Dell Cottage – Sleeps 2: This cottage sleep in a king-size bedroom and comes with a walk-in shower. The living room has an open fire and TV/record player. There is a separate kitchen/dining area. Outside there is a private garden.
South Dell – Sleep 6: This scandi-style family cottage offers retro simplicity with solid comfort. Three bedrooms are available: 2 twins and a ground floor double. The new kitchen includes a dishwasher and a relaxing dual aspect light-filled living room with a TV with Freeview, DVD player and wood-burning stove to keep you toasty.
West Dell – Sleeps 7: This superb family cottage has a spacious open living area, feature original deep-set windows and stunning axe cut beams. Bedrooms consist of a ground floor double, double/triple in the eaves and a twin in the eaves. The new kitchen comes with a dishwasher and facilities includes a wood burner, Freeview TV and a DVD player.
Dell of Abernethy has the Abernethy Forest and River Nethy on its doorstep, extending for miles along footpaths and tracks to Loch Garten and the foot-hills of the Cairngorm Mountain.
