Yesterday was lovely. I went to the last-of-the-season Market at Dunster and visited with several friends. I missed saying "hi" and catching up with a few too.

They sell $10 hamburgers, pricey enough, but delicious. Of course I saved some for Mica.

Not all vendors are in the photo. There were many dozens of customers.

Birgit has trained and certified her Service Dog, Skidboot. He waits for permission, but once that's given, he leaps over to me and licks my face.

Before Market and after tending to pets, I dug the rest of our potatoes. That sounds like a noble pursuit, but there were only twenty plants to deal with. I'd been digging a hill or two at a time during in the summer: cooking some for we two, and sometimes freezing cooked potatoes, mashed or diced. Not everyone freezes potatoes, but it works.

After doing the digging, I left the spuds on the ground to dry out a bit, and I will store them in a bin in Gary's shop. No room in any freezer at this time!

These are my Annabelle Hydrangeas, the last of my gladioli, and other people's sunflowers.

Seems like there are 10,000 things to do, some fairly urgent such as tidying the house before my neat and tidy husband comes home. Although I don't know where my energy "comes from" these days, I'm enjoying another lovely day in which I feel extra well and grateful.

So … I'd best to put all that extra pep to good use.
