I have had to take some down time from writing because my day job's responsibilities were expanded. So after 20 plus years I have to learn stuff that had nothing to do with my department. To be honest, it's a relief to do something new- plus I get to be a desk jockey now- which is something I have never done before, but I did want to focus on learning an entire system and a new way of looking at the same stuff.
