Love is a muscle. It's an action.
And many of us are out of shape.
For a lot of people, love is a destination.
That's why it's so hard to find.
When you think of it as an action, you don't wait for love to "happen" to you.
You don't worry about "finding" it.
You actively cultivate love in your life. You are loving. You love.
And that makes you more attractive to someone else.
What does it look like?
A lot of the time, it "looks" like doing things for others.
But it's different things for different people.
Maybe it's listening. Maybe it's helping.
It comes from genuine caring for someone else.
When you are loving, you don't find love. Love finds you.
