Does anyone really need a billion dollars?
I think about that sometimes.
Sure, it would be nice to never have to worry about money again.
But how much is too much?
Easy for me to ask, I guess. Because my "enough" is minuscule compared to a billionaire's "enough".
But how much do they think is enough? Or do they ever think that they've got enough?
It makes me think of the saying, "The more you have, the less valuable everything you have becomes."
Do rich people feel poor?
I guess if they look at the people that are richer than them, they might feel poor.
Even though they seem incredibly rich to us.
It's strange that so much wealth can be accrued by a few people.
And yet there's so much poverty around the world.
I suppose it's always been that way.
But wouldn't it be nice if some of these billionaires decided that they had amassed enough wealth?
And that their next goal was to eradicate poverty world-wide?
That would be impressive.
