Halford Hill offers fantastic self-catering accommodation on the high street in Llanberis. Based in the stunning Eryri National Park, it is perfect for a memorable holiday in Gwynedd.
The house has seven bedrooms altogether, accommodating from 1 to 16 people plus a cot. There is limited off-road parking behind the property for about five vehicles and a small garden area to the side of the property for picnics and barbecues.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge freezer. The large dining room seats 16, and there is a bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. The first floor has four bedrooms, with two double beds and a washbasin in one room, and two twin beds with a washbasin in another. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom, including one room with a double bed and a washbasin, and two rooms with bunk beds plus a single bed. The basement or lower ground floor features a lounge, a bathroom, a shower and sauna room that can accommodate seven people, and a porch for storing bikes and boots, equipped with a sink and a tumble dryer.
Well-mannered pets are welcome. The area is quite accommodating to pets, with dogs allowed on many beaches and the open countryside being wonderful for dogs. However, guests are reminded that they are in sheep country and are expected to keep their dogs off all the furniture.
The house is fully equipped. Should you find anything missing or broken, please let us know so that we can put things right as quickly as possible. Initial supplies of toilet rolls, cloths, bin liners, bath cleaners, and washing-up liquid are provided.
In Llanberis, there are a range of attractions to visit for the whole family. You can head to the Snowdon Mountain Railway, Llanberis Lake Railway, the National Slate Museum, and the Power of Wales exhibition. The lake offers wonderful boating and watersports opportunities, and many sandy beaches are within 25 miles of the property. The house is close to all amenities, just yards from a bakery, butchers, general store, chemist, bank, outdoor shops, post office, and various restaurants, including a Chinese takeaway, an Indian restaurant, and the famous Petes Eats café
