The origins of Sarah Fier's curse are finally revealed as comes full circle on a night that changes the lives of Shadysiders forever. In effort to reunite Sarah Fier's hand with her body to end the curse, Deena has visions of the past as she is Sarah Fier.

Each part has its own unique vibe and atmosphere, capturing the time that it was set in. The first part, taking part in 1994,  reminded me of Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer. It has the most modern feel out of the three movies. The second part, taking place in 1978 and set in a camp, reminding me of both Sleepaway Camp and Friday the 13th. As for Fear Street Part 3: 1666, there weren't any movies set in that time period. However, there are a few films that we set in that time period. I enjoyed the dark and creepy atmosphere Part 3 has to offer. If you've seen The Village or The Witch, you'll enjoy this instalment of Fear Street.

Fear Street Part 3:1666 is split into two parts. The first part is focused on witchcraft, hysteria, and the accusations. Logic is ignored, but I'm not surprised. There is also a mystery that comes into play. Someone is sneaking and spying in the dark forest, also trying not to get caught. We get to the point that it escalates, and I enjoyed the excitement and suspense. In the previous two films, we've been told Sarah Fier is a witch without any concrete evidence, just the lore. With part 3, we get to witness the events that took place. It's built slowly yet steadily. The second part takes place back in 1994, and everything changed. From the mood and tone, to how the horror aspects is presented.

Out of the three films, Part 3 has the best cinematography. I like how everything is presented. There are a lot of soft lightening from candles, giving this warm yellow tint. It also gives off a good amount of shadows, it's perfect for horror movies like this.

It's not all rainbows and sunshine. I do have a problem, and it's predictable. In 1666, it's easy to tell who was sneaking around in the woods and causing all of the hysteria. In the second part, its the same issue. It falls on the horror format of "I know the truth" to "lets go kill this monster".  As for the violence and gore, it was disappointing compared to the previous two movies. It failed to deliver, and horror fans would be unsatisfied with it.

It's a good conclusion to the Fear Street Trilogy, and it was a good viewing experience. I enjoyed it, and I will be watching it back-to-back in the near future.

Final Score - 4/5
