The labyrinth reminds us of the balance we strive to maintain. Balance between your bodies, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. Between the outer world and the inner. Between the masculine and feminine. Life in the physical is of balance. It is a life long practice. When we become off balanced it becomes difficult to move forward. Balance must be restored to move forward in harmony with life.
Often when in the labyrinth it can be difficult to find your way out. It may feel as if life is against you. This is because you are out of balance and need to find where this imbalance occurred and right it.
Labyrinth's bring about transformation and growth. They point out areas where growth needs to occur and then show where balance occurs.
