Submarines: (All Coloured Yellow Please - Only Kidding) Australia is only complying with American wishes for nations to pay more towards their own defence. It does not mean war, just defence. I swear China builds ships just to give it's young men and women disciplined employment, but "they shall learn war no more" the Bible says, and therefore it will be all organised play. You should have noticed that European politicians are talking about more European participation in their own defence, because it applies to Europe as well. France could build themselves a few dozen blue submarines to play with powered by Gdicm self powering electric motors. It has been unfair to American tax payers up until now. Pleasant boot camps run by a single Church would be much cheaper?
