This adorable adaptation of a tree stump as a planter is the cutest, most attractive display I've seen all summer. It's next to the "tomato house" I posted the other day. I believe it belongs to the neighbors of the "tomato people".
What a cool and innovative corner. The plume-shaped celosia - "cockscomb" to my mother were the perfect choice in height and color, for the natural planter. I hope we have a late frost this year so I can enjoy the whimsical and cheerful display through the autumn.
Lord know we need some cheerful spots to get us through these stressful days.
