You made a sacred covenant when you choose to come into physical form. It was made with your soul, Spirit, and all the souls in your soul family that have agreed to play a part in your physical life. These sacred covenants are made only with the highest good for all woven in. These covenants are fluid, you are able to make changes when needed. You may outgrow it, you may have completed it and are ready for your next covenant, you can even end it. You are playing the game on the planet of free will, so the choice is always yours.
There may be an opportunity in your life that you want to take, but there is hesitation on your part. This is the time to call in your team and ask for their guidance. Perhaps this opportunity is not in alignment with your covenant, but your team is able to show you a way to put it in alignment, and your hesitation evaporates.
In its most basic form, your covenant is between God, your soul energy, and the physical body you are given for having physical experiences. It is the framework for all of your physical experiences.
