Pen y Bont Touring Park is a fantastic base for exploring this area, we are situated in the Snowdonia National Park and there are plenty of activities to take part including sailing, walking, canoeing, kayaking and sightseeing. We are a pet-friendly campsite, they are an important part of your family. There are some great walks in and around the Bala area and the Snowdonia National Park for you and your pooch to explore.
The camping field & the touring field are set in separate areas from each other but not too far away from each other. We have a designated area for larger tents and also tents requiring electricity. We also can accommodate tents on all-weather pitches for longer stays if you wish. If you are travelling with friends and wish to be close to them during your stay please add a note to your enquiry form and we will have a look at the possibility for you. At Pen y Bont Touring Park Bala there is a choice of grass, hard standing and serviced hard-standing pitches for caravans and motorhomes.

Why not leave your cares and woes at the gate and come Glamping in Bala. Stay in our beautiful handcrafted Romany Gypsy 'Bow Top' caravan. The caravan is situated in a secluded corner, nestled by trees. Inside the Wagon there is an electric kettle, lighting and heating, double bed – You need to provide your own bedding and towels etc. Please visit our website for more information on our glamping. Alternatively you can stay in our Little Green Hut. The hut is fully insulated and comes with an electric kettle, lighting and a double bed. All bed linen and towels are included. Outside there is a BBQ and a fire pit.
You can relax in our beautiful and peaceful site, take in the local scenery and enjoy the Beautiful Mountains, Lakes and Coastlines, Lake Vyrnwy and many other Tourist Attractions close by.
