This was such an interesting session with Anah today. After doing a communication session with Anah and sensing a disconnect between her head and body, we recommended to Esther & David that we do a remote session with Michaela who is a Reiki Healer.
This would enable us to work out more specifically where energy was being held and maybe what was causing that holding pattern. What was being ignored by Anah and why?
Firstly we enable Michaela to introduce herself to Anah and ask her permission to do the session. (Michaela is working with us over the mobile phone - technology can be a wonderful thing if we let it!)
Once established we follow Michaela's lead as we hold space for her and Anah to work together. When Anah tells something to Michaela, she relays it to us, and we can then discuss it.
Anah is holding energy deeply in her back right pelvis and knee area physically.
She is asking questions about her baby, and there is a sense of loss.
Michaela puts some light into her pelvis area to start some physical healing, and also into her heart chakra to open a small door to enable letting go of her baby.
From a human perspective there is a lot of steps to take now as we develop a plan to enable Anah's questions about her daughter to be answered. There needs to be a sharing of information, and then a sharing of grief. An acceptance of the situation and self forgiveness is part of that.
A further activity is to be done around deepening David's and Esthers understanding of each donkey as an individual. This is an activity that involves just watching the donkeys and telling each other what they see as differences and behaviours. Who is who, as personalities?
Anah was very definite in this session about being respected for herself as a person in her own right. An action to take here is to 'Ask Anah her name'. We will go more into this at our next session.
Wow - such a wonderful session. So much confirmed and so much learnt. And David and Esther were so courageous as well, listening deeply to what Anah was saying, and taking on board what needs to be done.
