 | Peter Germany February 1 | Howdy folks, how are we all doing this evening? Today I've written 377 words on Penal Earth 2, a little slow today but I still got some words out. I've been feeling a little down with my writing lately, I feel like I'm not getting enough done. Like 377 words doesn't feel like enough. Why haven't I knocked out 1000 words today? I've got the time, but I also know that I can crack out that amount of words in a day, even when I don't have a lot of time. I'm coming out of this rut I've been in, but some days it just feels like it's going at a snails pace. Which is frustrating because I'm having the ideas about the stories, but also about how I need to start working on story bibles. Penal Earth alone is a great example; I've got a lot of moving parts and now I'm working on the second book in this world I'm realising how much it would be helpful to have all the relevant details close at hand without having to scroll through the whole of the first book. That said, I wrote almost 18500 words in January.
