Sometime in January when it was announced that RPM Bakehouse, a bakery in Jordan, Ontario was doing a pop-up every Monday at 20 Victoria, it was great timing as I was starting a new job that was very close to 20 Victoria, so there was no chance I was going to miss the pop-up considering I have been wanting to visit RPM Bakehouse/Restaurant Pearl Morissette for a very long time.
The pop-up is over, but here's hoping that it'll be back in Toronto.
Pine and Blackberry Sablé Cookie ($4.25) - blackberry jam, brown sugar crumble
I scarfed this cookie down in the office on the first day of the pop-up; so good! RPM Bakehouse is known for using local ingredients, some of which grown in the RPM Bakehouse/Restaurant Pearl Morissette property.
Pre-orders were made available, which I took advantage of as I missed out on croissants on the first day of the pop-up.
Peach Scone ($5 each) Croissant Pine and caramel sablé cookie ($4.25) Buckwheat Hazelnut Financier ($4.25) - roasted hazelnut, brown butter caramel

Brioche Loaf ($12)
The brioche loaf was so good. Everything was good, but the brioche loaf was something else.
