Am sitting on Tuesday late afternoon, on the deck, after a therapeutic soak in the hot tub.
I have "underused" the spa, mostly because I was pretty flexible about my "hours" in the pet business. That is, there were customers coming and going frequently, potentially catching me undressed.
I had an opening and a closing time and if I was asked, I would say our "meal times". But other hours and sometimes even our stated lunch and dinner times, it seemed like a free-for-all around here. For years. This was my fault.
The hot tub seems to do wonders for my shoulder. I still "overdo" the digging, etc. (catching up while the sun shines) many days, but the massage from the jets has been helpful.

The view from the hot tub has changed. This is now my favorite shady haven.

I haven't planned my day today… I need to gain some control of the photo box project, rain or shine.
I have "stations" now: things to fix, to create, to tidy, to find new homes for. I suppose I always have, but now I don't have a "job" to excuse procrastination!
However, while the sun does shine, and the bugs are not bad, and before we go to Winnipeg/Gimli, I still want to renovate perennial beds and help with the vegetable garden.
