Man, I had so much trouble getting connected to the internet this morning. If the problem isn't limited to only my iPad, I'll look fairly smart when my solution works for the others. 🤞
First World issues, right?
I slept in this morning: it's after 7 am. in Manitoba and the rest of the household is now starting to stir. The coffee is made and I'm chatting to you.
Waiting for the pelicans …
I blogged twice yesterday so I don't have much news for a post.
Last thing last night while I brushed my teeth, there came the awful sound of a small animal being hurt under the cottage. I had to wonder if there was a creature I should try to save then … nah.
I wouldn't know how to check under the house in the dark, or get under there. That's just life in the wild. 🙁
I'm drinking coffee, watching the lake. Handsome dude just walked by on the public part of the beach and nodded hello.
A large boat just cruised by in the distance: from the sound, it's huge, like a trawler or a research vessel. 🤷🏼♀️ Sometimes it seems like there's nothing to see, then one focuses on ships and swimmers, paddle boards, water birds, etc..
This morning was foggy but is clearing. Earlier, you could hardly discern between water and sky.
In case I get interrupted, I'll insist that you have a good day. Might talk to you later!
Love, Ann
