At the end of each month, I like to splurge.
It's kind of like a cheat day.
I weigh myself every day. Except when I'm out of town.
So, on the last day of the month…
After I weigh myself in the morning…
I splurge by eating.
A lot!
Food, glorious food!
Because what I eat on the last day won't affect my monthly weight.
For the current month, that is.
And then I have all next month to get back on track.
Sometimes the splurge lasts a few days into the new month.
It's not the best technique. For weight loss, that is.
But it's good for my gustatory soul!
