Hurray! My favourite day. 😀👍
I'm continuing to shuffle stuff around. That sounds more fun than it is, but it's a job I feel like I'm "gaining on".
I've had a nearly full house lately that fits with my new "norm" in the kennel business. I promise everyone that I will be honest about whether or not I can or will take their pets.
I've posted very few photos of boarders because it can and does get awkward.
Someone looked at me rather incredulous yesterday when I said I was almost as busy as when I announced retirement. Though I didn't mention helping certain friends (by boarding a few), I did say I was well occupied with house and garden work.
Who needs to know I can take all morning to put up one little shelf and pick a few beans? 🤔
One of my dearest friends who retired remarked that it takes longer to do anything. I agreed, but it frustrates me.
We should retire at 40.

Am sitting quietly now after our lunch. I accompanied Gary for a treatment for Crohn's as our local hospital.
Do not be alarmed … this is a new medication he needs to take by IV infusion. I went along only in case he felt unwell after. Nope. He's fine, and I just did some errands while he was held "captive".
I'm tired now, but I was awake and out the door at 5:30 this morning. I had one little boarding rascal who would bark all night if not "tucked in" and doggy door closed. So I wanted to let him out early.
Then I started working on the project that I started yesterday.
Of course, I have filled these shelves now.
Tiger, a happy little guy.
Rocky, likewise cheery and easy to board
though I feel more like blogging than downsizing and tidying, I'd best get back to the chaos matter at hand in my building.
Love, Ann
