Cross Fit for the Mind

NO makes YES mean more

Cross Fit for the Mind

The Newsletter that Changes the Minds of High Performers

Plant Shelf

Your life is a product of everything you have said NO to.

By saying NO to things, we are actually saying, I value other things more than this.

The more a person says NO, the more they know what they are saying YES to.

If you have trouble saying NO, your yes means very little. There is also a good chance you don't really know who you are, because if you did, there would be a tonne of exciting yes's in your life. These yes's would constantly force you to say NO to the other bullsh*t.

Every day, you are choosing what you value. You will have all sorts of excuses and explanations for why you have to do x, y and a z but most of that is BS.

  • What you do in work is a product of everything you have refused to do.

  • How much leisure time you have is a product of everything you have said no to.

  • How often you see your friends is a product of everything you have said no to.

  • The extent to which you can fully show up for your family members is a product of everything you have said no to.

NO makes our YES mean so much more. Make a list of everything you should really say NO to.

Enjoying the newsletter and want a friend to sign up and answer the questions/prompts with you? You can send them this link to sign up.
