• Avoid the phone for the first few hours. • Choose an embodiment practice (yoga, hot/cold therapy, massage, exercise) • Pay someone to do something for you (lunch, childcare, barbers, car garage, cleaner etc.) • Swap a project for the newspaper or some mindless TV.
