From a place and of a place
Cross Fit for the MindThe Newsletter that Changes the Minds of High Performers |

Most people can answer the question, where are you from? They were born somewhere and usually grew up somewhere. Those places might be different and generally people reference where they grew up. Some people are 'of' the place they grew up in and others are not. The place you are 'of' is where you feel you most belong and not necessarily where you grew up. In Ireland, I am from Waterford but I might feel more at home in Limerick or Lahinch. In the UK, I am 'of' a place called crag lane in Yorkshire. It's important to know this because life gets hard if you stay in a place other than where you are 'of'. When a place makes you feel at home, you feel yourself. Where are you from? And where are you of? Enjoying the newsletter and want a friend to sign up and answer the questions/prompts with you? You can send them this link to sign up.
