The real life Steve Urkel... It was this kid named Vincent at our school that kind of resembled the character Steve Urkel from the TV sitcom Family Matters. He knew he looked like him, so he would make jokes about himself looking like Urkel. Which I thought was ridiculous. No one ever picked on him because he was too busy picking on himself. He was a annoying kid that like to get under people's skin by just being an irritant. Like trying to imitate other kids and playing particle jokes. He really seemed like he thought he was Steve Urkel for awhile.
One day Urkel was joking on this kid named Paul class. Paul was more like a man compared to us. He was a known local drug dealer already and he had failed 2 grades so he was way older than us. Urkel should have known better than to play with him but instead he started joking on Paul in front of everyone. Paul wasn't going to stand for that, so he told him after class he was going to show him a real joke.
After class Urkel was so scared as soon as they got into the hallway he punched Paul right in the face and he kept punching. At first he was actually winning, until Paul hit back. Boom! One hit and Urkel was airborne crashing through the double doors and hitting the concrete hard. It took a few seconds for Urkel to come to, when he did he ran. We thought he was running to the principal's office, but he kept running. He ran off and we didn't see him for over a week. "Paul knocked Urkel into next week", that's what all the kids were saying at school.
