Today I wrote two letters. This was the second one:
Dear Vice Chancellor Scholz!
I just learned that you are in favor of a general compulsory vaccination in Germany. My suggestion for Austria is to introduce an increased contribution to health insurance as a sanction instead of an administrative fine (see email below). That would have some advantages. Adapting the Austrian model to Germany would be easy.
With best greetings from Vienna

And this was the first one, to the Austrian government:
Dear Minister Mückstein, dear Minister Edtstadler, dear parliamentary chairmen!
Here's my suggestion for the amount of the penalty for violating the planned compulsory vaccination:
Increase in the monthly contribution to health insurance from 14.6% to 20% for non-vaccinated persons until the end of the pandemic (the decision to cancel is to be made by the WHO).
With an average gross salary of € 3,714 per month (€ 52,000 per year), that would be an additional "pandemic contribution" averaging around € 200 per month (14 times a year) from February 1st, 2022.
