The FBI's best profiler John Hartley (Dwayne Johnson) is on the case when an Interpol Red Notice — the highest level warrant to seek down and catch the world's most wanted — is issued. His global search lands him in the centre of a brilliant theft, forcing him to team up with Nolan Booth (Ryan Reynolds), the world's finest art thief, in order to apprehend "The Bishop," the world's most wanted art thief (Gal Gadot). The next high-flying journey takes the trio all over the world, across the dance floor, into an isolated prison, into the forest, and, worst of all, into each other's presence.

This is a mixed bag for me. There is so much going on that it lost its focus. There is no clear genre. To me, it feels like the creators can't decide what to label this movie as. Identity is a problem. The heist part is my personal favourite, the adventure aspect is okay, the jokes are funny but there are too much of it. The action is…not that great.

The story is very poor, it's terrible. It's messy and nothing is really happening. It's about getting from point a to point b. Getting all three eggs just doesn't cut it. I believe that the villain either make or break the movie. Without a good villain, the movie is not worth the time. Red Notice proves just that. The villain is laughable, and the twist is horrendous.

The star power is Red Notice best trait. I went in because of the three characters; The Rock, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot. All I see is Black Adam, Deadpool and Wonderman. I can't be the only one here, right? Anyways, as much star power is there on the screen, they don't have any chemistry, especially Gal Gadot with the other two characters. Her acting skills here is below average. I cringed a few times, to be honest with you. The Rock and Ryan Reynolds, they're fine but it's not like The Rock and Kevin Hart. Ryan Reynolds is playing himself, that is the best way to describe it.

Red Notice is not a good movie, it's far from it. I was left disappointed when the movie ended. I can't recommend this unless you just want to kill some time or watch the three actors.

Final Score - 2/5
