Poor Service:

In Wales, during the recent storms, a woman called the emergency services and told them she went in search of her cat, she said something they couldn't make out because of the wind, (It's true I tell Ye) finishing with 'saw' 'and up a tree.' When the fire brigade arrived a neighbour told them them she had found the cat on her doorstep, cold, hungry, and very very wind swept. She had fed it, and now it was sound asleep on a chair in front of the fire. The very busy fire brigade left. However: an hour later the woman called again and was spoken to by a very irate emergency worker, who told her the report said that her cat had been found and was safe with her neighbour. "That's all very well Bach the woman said, but I'm still stuck near the top of this *&*?/:& tree."
