We have an array of wonderful room types available to suit all your needs: State Rooms, Luxury Suites and Family Rooms. All the rooms include superb facilities including an LED smart TV, Bose Mini Bluetooth audio system, Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities, Hildon mineral water, en suite facilities and ESPA toiletries.

You can stay in our Luxury Suites, perfect for groups, families and dog owners looking for somewhere special to stay. The suites include two to three bedrooms. You can savour outstanding river views from the floor-ceiling windows, whilst the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen completes the experience.

Our gorgeous State Rooms include a double, twin and junior suite. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which take advantage of the stunning views over the River Stour and wheelchair-friendly rooms are also available. Our Family Rooms are large, spacious and brimming with lots of natural light. One of the rooms also includes a cinema room. All the family rooms include an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area.

Please note, that only the apartments, excluding the cinema suite, are dog friendly. Please quote 'we accept pets' when booking to get your complimentary dog charge (usually £20 per dog per night)
