Sandpiper Cottage offers wonderful self-catering accommodation in the charming seaside hamlet of Trusthorpe. We are nestled in a tranquil setting between Maplethorpe and Sutton-On-sea, making us a great base for exploring Lincolnshire. Just a short stroll away is the sandy dog-friendly beach and promenade.
Our delightful cottage is tastefully furnished and comes with everything you need for a relaxing coastal holiday. Inside the cottage, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with a range of appliances for home-cooking: electric hob and new electric double oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A door from the conservatory leads to a sun-filled conservatory including comfy seating which offers lovely views over the garden.
A cosy lounge is perfect for relaxing in after a day on the beach. Facilities include two comfy leather recliners and a sofa, a feature gas fireplace and a 55" Samsung Smart 3D TV (3D glasses included) with a DVD player. Complimentary ultra-fast free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. French windows lead to a private terrace with bistro tables and chairs for al fresco dining when the sun is shining. Sun loungers and beach towels are also available.
Two attractive bedrooms are available: one king en suite and one twin room. Both rooms come with an ultra-comfy bed with superb bed linen and pillows. A fabulous fully-tiled family bathroom is adjacent to the twin room.
While staying with us you can explore the majestic Lincolnshire coastline, including the quaint coastal towns of Chapel St. Leonards and Sutton-on-Sea. The larger seaside towns of Skegness and Mablethorpe are a short drive away and home to interesting shops, great cafes, funfairs, brilliant restaurants and pubs.
