My husband built a pergola which has become our dining room this summer. Behind is the round sauna that he also built. He's amazing, soon turning 76.
At the back of the house. A car port will be built up there. But what about the stairs! Thirty-one steps, heavy grocery bags, rainy and slippery.. It works now, but you don't get younger with age and a lift is not built in a day for free ::/
Needless to say, everything seen in wood has been made by my dear husband. Another pergola seen from a distance.
King of the Hill :)) Located 360 meters above sea level makes it a little cooler.
The view over Paphos and the sea just a few minutes away by car... or rather ten minutes if you accelerate :))
A ladder behind the laundry makes it easier to reach the apricot tree. He made it, I've promised to paint it.
I wake up in the mornings to the sound of silence. Daytime, I listen to the deafening buzz of the cicadas while I do some gardening or take a dip in the pool. Trying to learn how to redo my website and I go for long walks with my dogs. I rarely meet others and I'm fine with that.
