Wayside Cottage offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Whitbeck. Our property near Millom is nestled in a secluded position, perfect for an idyllic break in Cumbria.
Our gorgeous property has been beautifully renovated to offer high-quality accommodation. The cottage beautifully blends modern comfort with lots of original character.
The cottage is a separate living area from The Wayside, offering a lovely place to unwind after a day sightseeing. A sun-filled conservatory is also available to unwind in whilst savouring views of the mountain. You can also rustle up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchens that comes with a range of excellent appliances. Enjoy some delicious meals around the dining table.
Two attractive bedrooms are available, with towels and toiletries available. Both are perfect for a restful night's sleep.
Outside there is an enclosed garden with garden furniture for al fresco dining over a few glasses of wine.

We also have the fabulous Whisky Barn to enjoy. You can sample Scotch to international whiskies, with whisky tasting sessions available. Please book beforehand. Onsite there's also a state-of-the-art gym and a lovely restaurant and bar to enjoy.
