It got pretty busy, but still under control. Had a couple of cancellations, and then six new bookings for the weekend.
Today I plan to stay home and behave myself.
There is a birthday dinner planned for Gary, but it's low-scale and low key.
At the Pet Hostel, we have Milo & Kaiya, Darby, Shiloh, Gypsy, Bayvill, Spike, Cash, Duke and Lady. There are more expected and a couple going home.
The roofing crew is hard at it. They didn't come during the Victoria Day weekend, but it was raining anyway and not safe to be roofing with slippery tin. All this work makes are home a lot more structurally sound; if not a mansion, it's at least a nicer house. (And it might be a mansion to me!)
Considering that we didn't lose our humble abode and all else in the wildfire, we are grateful these days.
Darby
Duke might be saying, "Just set our breakfast down!",
whereas Lady is a

bit more patient.
Cash and Mica enjoy time together in the biggest exercise run.
I'd like to chat longer, but I need to run.
Hope your day is a good one.
Love, Ann
