You are being gently encouraged to step into the sacred silence within and listen to the wisdom that is found there. Take some time to exam your foundation, is it strong and firm? Or are there cracks and crumbling that needs your attention? Attending to your foundation includes examining your beliefs, are they yours, or something you have carried from another? Do your beliefs align with the spiritual growth you have went through? Discard what no longer resonates with you.
The Spirit Guardian of Winter appears when you need to slow down, be still, take stock of your life and the future you are working towards. Are you living the life that you desire? Are your future goals something you still want? Be still, listen for the answers, they are within you.
Relax. When is the last time that you really relaxed? It's not relaxation if your mind is busy telling you what you should be doing instead. It's not relaxation if you cannot sink back and let go of your worries and to do list. True relaxation is rejuvenating, it gives you clarity of vision in moving forward, it fills your life force energy. As in all things, balance is important. You can best use the energy of doing after you have relaxed.
