This past weekend we decided to head out to a local farm to go raspberry picking. We love Lynd's Fruit Farm here in Ohio; they have u-pick apples, pumpkins, raspberries (red and black) blackberries and sunflowers.
I love it when it's sunflower season which comes in late August.
This was our first time going for the raspberries, but we have gone before for the sunflowers and apples. It's only a 40minute drive from home to get there so it's very convenient. They have a farm store as well where you can purchase bread, snacks, and other fruits and veggies that are not u-pick.
But now here is my question as presented in this posts title - got any good recipes for all these raspberries? I've left two pints out to eat fresh and have frozen the rest to use as time goes by. Did you know that frozen raspberries can last upwards of 18 months? I'm good to go!
