| imagesbytdashfield Oct 6 | On our road trip to western national parks, we encountered so many different animals, birds and of course - landscapes. I knew there would be bison/buffalo, elk, moose, bears (oh yeah! bears!) and more but I wasn't expecting some of the birds we saw. Like this little one - a Mountain Bluebird. This one I believe is an immature male; you can tell by the mixed pattern of blue, grey and brown. It looks to me like it just rolled out of bed and didn't bother to brush its feathers afterwards. Stay tuned for more from the beautiful badlands... Teri By the way, lil Badlands Blue here is sitting on a sign that says No Hunting | | | | | You can also reply to this email to leave a comment. | | | | |
