**The Gallery:**This charming character cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and boasts countryside views. The property is beautifully finished with exposed beams and features a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer-dryer. The galleried sitting/dining room has doors that open to the outside. A handrail leads to a ground-floor double en-suite room, and the first-floor bedroom offers a twin/zip link double and an additional bathroom. An extra sofa bed is available upon request. Outdoors, a private seating area with garden furniture, a parasol, and a gas BBQ allows for delightful al fresco dining.

**Oak Tree Cottage:**This cozy cottage is perfect for a party of 4 and provides quality facilities similar to The Gallery. Steps lead down to a gravel sitting area with a back door to the utility room. The beamed sitting/dining room features French doors opening to a terrace area with garden furniture, a parasol, and a BBQ. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer. On the first floor, there is a double room, a shower room, and a second twin/zip link double en-suite room. An extra sofa bed can be provided for additional flexibility.

**King John's Palace:**This Grade II Listed farmhouse has been modernized to a high standard and offers stunning countryside views. Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen/dining hall, a snug, an office, a formal drawing room, and a morning room. The second floor includes a children's TV/playroom, and the ground floor features a utility/dog area and a large boot room. Smart TVs are available throughout the property. In total, there are 6 bedrooms, 3 en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom, and a second-floor bedroom with a freestanding bath and WC. Outdoors, there is a patio area for alfresco dining.
