You are being reminded to use a gratitude journal. It is important to take time each day to acknowledge all the things you have to be grateful for. Writing helps cement the practice within you. Some days you may have what seem to be smaller things to be grateful for: a smile from a stranger, the welcoming your animal companion gives you when you return home, blue sky and sunshine. These are just as heartfelt as the bigger things you are thankful for.

Whatever you focus your attention on is what you create in your life. Pay attention to where your attention goes. You may find yourself spending more time complaining, and not enough time being grateful. Would you rather have more to complain about or more to be grateful about? Attention is everything.

You may find yourself having big ideas at this time. Ask your family and friends to assist you. They may have ideas that blend well with yours. You can realize your goal and they can realize theirs at the same time. A positive outlook will manifest what is needed.
