Still enough power in them to drive a wall clock for a year, but not built to power many gadgets that need the more powerful, and more expensive batteries. Buy for purpose. Same with vehicles. A bigger engine requires a more expensive battery. Best stick with the manufacturers recommendations to avoid tears.
