When a foster stepped up to break him out and agree to run him to the vet, it was game on for this beautiful black and tan hound! Unfortunately, Skunk tested positive for heartworms, so he will be in for several weeks of pre-treatment meds before further vetting (neuter, etc.) can be done. So for now, we paid $148 for his exam, bloodwork, and medication. Life is already smelling sweeter for Skunk! | | | |
