Judge blames the killing of a 12-year-old by illegal immigrants on Trump and then says that we shouldn't make the case political

This is just incredible.

Here's Harris County Judge Lina Hildago explaining that we shouldn't make the case about two illegal aliens who raped and killed a 12-year-old Texas girl political WHILE she blames Trump for opposing Biden's weak immigration reform bill.

Hidalgo: It hurts even more that they're being used as pawns in this fight over immigration, that doesn't even exist because Biden and McConnell agree, it's just that Trump won't let them move it forward.

This is insanity.

First off, we're talking about two illegal aliens who broke into the country on Biden's watch. Then they killed a girl inside the country they shouldn't have ever been allowed in.

And the judge thinks if Biden's "immigration reform" bill, which would have done nothing to secure the border, would have passed then this wouldn't be a problem.

Thank goodness one reporter has the brains and the guts to point out this judge's hypocrisy.

Reporter: All due respect, Judge, you said this issue shouldn't be politicized, but by pointing the finger at former president Trump and Republicans in congress, aren't you politicizing it?

Hidalgo: Umm, I think I answered the question, so, umm, yeah, I mean, this is about Jocelyn, this is about her family, and if we want to ...

Reporter: You didn't answer the question. Are you politicizing this by pointing the finger at Republicans and saying it's their fault not the fault of the Biden Administration that lifted the remaining Mexico policies?

Hidalgo: Again, the Biden Administration reached an agreement with leader McConnell to address this. But this is not about immigration, I'm not going to feed into that.

Because it's NOT politicization if Democrats point to their political talking points. But it IS politicization if conservatives observe that the killers didn't belong in the US to start with.

But SHE doesn't want to make it political. Also, she needs you to know Trump and Republicans SUCK!

She's SHOCKED that she's getting any pushback on this.

It's so disheartening that this is a real judge in Harris County!
