This comes as a gentle reminder of the significance communication plays in your life and at its very core is how you communicate to and about yourself. What, you thought it was how you communicated with others was most important? We are here today to remind you why this is not true and to help you turn your focus to your communication with self.

When you communicate from your authentic self, your soul, it enriches all areas of your life. When you speak negatively about yourself this too effects all areas of your life negatively. If you find you are having trouble with honest communication ask your angels and guides to assist you in releasing fears you have about sharing your authentic self. Ask them to assist you in thinking and speaking positively about yourself. Self love supports honest communication.

The green and blue rays can assist you in authentic communication. The Green Ray highlights all area of communication in your life. The Blue Ray assists you in knowing when a person or situation is not in alignment with your highest good.
