If not don't worry about it,
I know how it is to get upset,
Some situations can make you act and think in a way that you probably don't like,
It's definitely difficult to think completely logically and wisely before you react in the heat of the moment,
Sometimes frustration, stress, anger or other emotions will make you make quick decisions,
Decisions that you would not make if you took time to calm down and control your emotions,
All this is easier said than done,
It's easy to say what you should do,
It's hard to actually do it,
All I can say is calm down,
