Shoppers at Walmart and Aldi in Virginia and 12 other states are facing a recall for produce due to possible contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.
Wiers Farm Inc. of Willard, Ohio, is recalling produce packed between July 5-12 after findings reported by the Michigan Department of Agriculture.
To date, there have been no illnesses or consumer complaints, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Boar's Head Provisions Co. recalled more than 200,000 pounds of deli meat this week after a possible link to a Listeria in its liverwurst products as well as other items produced on the same line.
