Thanks to Laura B. at the dVerse Poets pub for hosting the Meeting the Bar Challenge. ------[||]------ A Circular Tableau Ur-stones and elms guard the hayfield's edge, warn the tedder not to come too close; not to bother wuffling such a scattered straw; to go and build its puffy windrows elsewhere: where open land and sunshine feed the gold until Steptember orders up its due.
