For a homemade solution, a mix of hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and dish soap can be highly effective. Apply the mixture, let it sit for a few minutes, and then blot it up with a clean cloth.

"A simple mixture of vinegar and water can work wonders on surfaces," explains Andrew, "while essential oils like lemon or lavender can help freshen the air."
