Is it the official first day of autumn?
it is rainy here today, but not too cold.

I think I haven't got a busy day planned. Almost every time I decide this very thing, I am either forgetting something or fate intervenes and unexpected busy-ness happens.
I'll just chat with you anyway.
Yesterday afternoon, Shelly picked me up and we went to Dunster. She needed a stockpile of grains and other feed for her pets and livestock, as she is going on a short trip to Newfoundland. Adrien will care for everything at home.
I wesrsesr we wwwWhile we were driving back to McBride, the owners of Maggie, a sweet dog that I'm boarding on-the-quiet, texted. They were within an hour of the Pet Hostel.
Soon after, a dear friend phoned to ask if we could take her little dog; she felt so ill that she was getting a ride to the hospital.
Shelly and I got our business accomplished and back to here in time to greet everyone.
This morning, I'm babysitting a dog who belongs to a friend in the Prince George hospital and her husband.
It's still a revolving door of precious pets, but not many.

I didn't finish my blog post this morning, so I'm back in late afternoon.
It dawned on me that I had forgotten a dear friend's birthday. I texted Mary and we met for lunch, so that made for a truly pleasant couple of hours. 🥰👍
After I returned home, I didn't have the drive to accomplish any great thing.
Tomorrow is a new day. 🤷🏼♀️
Hope you are well.
Love, Ann
